To gain an understanding and units of qualifications to work in the Adult Social Care sector. The training includes the carers’ role, responsibilities, values and principles, record keeping and GDPR. You will also cover nutrition, end of life care and Dementia awareness.

Course overview

To gain an understanding and units of qualifications to work in the Adult Social Care sector. The training includes the carers’ role, responsibilities, values and principles, record keeping and GDPR. You will also cover nutrition, end of life care and Dementia awareness.

Units of qualifications are drawn from the Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care, L2 Certificate in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care and L2 Award in Awareness of Dementia

The training is suitable for those unemployed and looking to gain access to this rewarding sector or those looking to upskill and improve their career progression opportunities.
